Some 14,000 Aussies are expected to be in Vegas for the NRL extravaganza — something big boss man Peter V’landys is very proud of: “Everyone is decked out in their gear. We’re expecting at least 40,000 tickets to be sold, we might get 45 to 50,000 which would be a spectacular result.”
V’landys noted though that the success of the NRL’s Vegas project will be determined by how many viewers tune into Fox Sports 1.
“Fox 1 goes to over 100 million viewers in the United States. The more that view it the more successful it will be.”
