The Storm beat a gutsy New Zealand Warriors 22-30 on the back of big shifts from Cameron Munster, Nick Meaney and Nelson Asofa-Solomona in a classic but brutal ANZAC Day clash at AAMI Park.
The Warriors deserved plenty of credit after a series of injuries reduced them to an empty bench.
Earlier at Allianz Stadium, a Luke Keary field goal in the 74th minute got the Sydney Roosters home 27-26 against a fired up Saint George Dragons after another ANZAC Day classic with nine tries scored in total by both sides.
