So Latrell Mitchell and South Sydney are gone for the 2023 NRL finals?
With just two NRL regular season rounds to go and the ladder jam-packed, the race for the NRL finals is heating up. The Panthers and Broncos are in contention for the minor premiership, while no less than 11 teams – OK some mathematically, are fighting for a spot in the Top 8.
What a turnaround it would be if the Broncos can go from imploding at the back end of last season, to finishing 2023 as NRL Minor Premiers? And perhaps even better news is that a top four finish is already locked in with the worst case scenario being a third-place finish.
