An unsubstantiated report emerging out of rugby media in France overnight says that former France Coach, Bernard Laporte has turned down a request to Coach the Flying Fijians.
That report doesn’t make sense for a number of reasons, but the main one being he has been sentenced by a French Court for corruption as President of France Rugby.
While he is appealing he has had to step down from his position at World Rugby.
Meanwhile, the Fiji Rugby Union hopes to hear back from Scott Robertson today.
