Hurricanes Bump Brumbies In Cake Tin

Expect the Fijian Drua versus Blues Super Rugby Pacific game at 2.05pm today to be a cracker of a contest as the Kiwis try to out-muscle, out-dance and out-razzle dazzle the fired up Fijian Drua, in front of their crazy fans in the mid-afternoon heat of Lautoka.

In other Super Rugby Pacific results last night: the Hurricanes tripped up the Brumbies 27-32 and the New South Wales Waratahs upset the Highlanders 20-21.

Meanwhile the Fiji Rugby Union has gone into meltdown after the Attorney General of Fiji Siromi Turaga stepped in and declared the Fiji Rugby Charitable Trust non-compliant with the Charitable Trusts Act. The end result – the FRU AGM scheduled for this morning has been postponed and all directors have resigned.
