Two-time NBA Most Valuable Player, Nikola Jokic of Serbia, says he felt comfortable during his first NBA Finals appearance as he led the Denver Nuggets to a Game 1 win over the Miami Heat 93-104, tallying a triple-double with 27 points, 14 assists and 10 rebounds.

The Nuggets talent and depth around Jokic is led by guard Jamal Murray, who missed the entire 2021-22 season due to a torn left knee ligament.
He averaged 27.7 points in the playoffs, while Denver forwards Michael Porter Jr, Aaron Gordon and Bruce Brown, and guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope each averaged 10-15 points in the playoffs in supporting roles that have made the Nuggets formidable.

World Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Oleksandr Usyk is set to become boxing’s biggest earner, in pole position to bank more money than any other fighter on the planet, after signing a deal with Skills Entertainment in Saudi Arabia.
The move will not directly impact Usyk’s already scheduled WBA, IBF and WBO Heavyweight defense against Englishman Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18KOs) on 26 August in Poland.
