New South Wales Police are investigating a horrific attack on a referee at a Men’s Premier League Club football game in Sydney on Friday night.
The Daily Telegraph reported the referee suffered a broken jaw and had four teeth knocked out as a result of the attack.
The newspaper further reports that the alleged attacker was a suspended player who was at the match as a spectator.
Geez this player really should play rugby league to meet up with some Tongans and Samoans for a rumble!
