Joseph Sua’ali’i has signed with Rugby Australia and the New South Wales Waratahs for a reported A$1.6Million per year from 2025 until the end of 2027, to become Australia’s highest-paid rugby player ever.
It comes ahead of the 2025 British and Irish Lions tour and the 2027 Rugby World Cup.
Rugby Australia have been down this road before signing the best NRL Wings in with Wendell Sailor, Lote Tuqiri, Marika Koroibete and Suliasi Vunivalu.
