Brian To’o and Jarome Luai have revealed how six stars of Penrith’s NRL Champion team, made a pact to replicate Tonga at the 2017 World Cup, that inspired other NRL stars like Origin props, Junior Paulo and Josh Papalii plus teen sensation Joseph Suaali’i to commit to Toa Samoa.
