Voting is now open to choose your favourite candidate from the longlist of nominees for the prestigious 2022 EPCR European Player of the Year award. Voters will be in the running to win a signed ball and a signed jersey from one of this season’s Heineken Champions Cup finalist clubs.
The list of 15 nominated stars will then be trimmed down to five candidates after the semi-finals and voting will re-open. The opinions of the fans will be combined with the expertise of a prominent panel of pundits working on the tournaments who will deliberate until the conclusion of the Heineken Champions Cup final in Marseille to determine the winner.
Judging Panel: Erik Bonneval (beIN SPORTS), Bryan Habana (two-time Heineken Champions Cup winner), Lee McKenzie (Channel 4), Alan Quinlan (Virgin Media) and Dimitri Yachvili (France Télévisions).
