Bula and welcome to skills, this week we’re looking at the pass again. It’ll be a progression from our first passing session, where we were looking being focused on keeping square. Remember finish with your hands pointing

at your target, and for receiving you want to have a

target up as well. The importance of that was keeping the defense square keeping them honest, and you’re able to throw a dummy and go as well on your own.

So to reinforce that skill where we start kneeling down. You’ll see a lot of halfbacks do this drill off the ground, but every other position should be doing this. It takes your lower body out of the pass so you’re just really using all your upper body but you can also use your hips which is also very important in the pass.
