The Melbourne Storm has locked in Fiji Bati star forward Tariq Sims, confirming a widely expected move for the 2023 season on a one year deal, and Frenchman Joe Chan is also making the switch to Melbourne from the Catalan Dragons in France on a two-year deal as the Storm rebuild.
